Getting a Drivers' License or Identification Card is a function of the Nebraska State Examiner's Office.  Citizens must first go through their offices to apply for any type of Driver License or Identification Card.  Their offices are located with the Douglas County Treasurer's Office: except for our Downtown  and Midtown locations.
